Witmer House

The addition and renovation to the Federal-style house for the University’s President.  The design, which will be used for entertaining, calls for the construction of a new great room, dining room, entry foyer and catering kitchen which are located in the one story pavilion which complements the historic house rather than mimics it.  Interior renovations, slate roof restoration and porch restorations are part of the overall scope of work that will turn this into one of Rochester’s finest homes.
